For questions or inquiries requiring a response, we will get back to you within 24 hours. To file warranty claims, please use the WARRANTY CLAIM FORM or email us at loot@novonexa.net. 

The warranty period begins on the purchase date and lasts until 12 months after the shipment date. You also have the option for a warranty extension. Valid warranty claims are eligible for a full refund, repair, or replacement. To file a warranty claim, proof of purchase and evidence of the defect are required. 

If you are not satisfied with your LOOT product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at loot@novonexa.net. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
